Divine Shape ships worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Europe, and other international destinations.
2. 🔁 Return Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.

3. 👕 Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

returned within 14 days of delivery

returned with all original tags attached
-
returned in their original packaging
-
returned with the hygiene liner intact (if applicable)
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
4. 📏 Size Exchanges
We offer one (1) size exchange per order for eligible non-sale items, subject to stock availability.

📦 We cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item
If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer:

store credit
5. ❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit:

items marked FINAL SALE

worn, washed, damaged, or altered items

items missing original tags

items missing original packaging

items without hygiene liner (if applicable)
6. 🌍 International Returns & Customs

🚚 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

💸 Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable

📦 We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
7. 💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:

refunds are issued to the original payment method

original shipping fees are non-refundable
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
8. ⚠️ Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

clear photos of the item

photos of the packaging
After review, we will cover the return or replacement shipping costs.
9. 📦 Delivered but Not Received
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
While we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
