I went by their size chart but should have sized down one
Maybe even two sizes. I have a short upper torso so these come up way to high, I have no pronounced waistline and a flat butt. So the XL was just not right . I measured. However, if you have some curves this garment looks well made, the boning doesn’t feel uncomfortable and the lace accents add sexy to this shaper. The top seems to hold up , no rolling down . It just didn’t work out for me size wise . Otherwise a nice piece for the price for sure.For reference:5.7” 158 pounds , waist 39” thickest around belly and buttocks 40”. Bust band 40 and the XL is way too large

I wouldn’t call this a butt lifter panty
but it does cinch my waist pretty well! I’m usually a Large in undies, and the Large fits pretty well in these. The lace is a nice touch and doesn’t show lines under thinner pants and dresses. I like wearing it under my maxi dresses! Doesn’t roll when I sit. For reference, I’m 5’0”, 151 lbs and wear a Med-Large in most pants and skirts. Definitely controls my postpartum mom belly!
