SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Destinations

Divine Shape currently ships only to the United States and Canada.

Orders placed from other countries, including the European Union, are not accepted at this time.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Processing time does not include shipping time

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days after the order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • destination

  • carrier

  • customs processing (Canada)

  • high-volume periods (sales, holidays)

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on:

  • destination

  • order value

  • shipping method selected

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Divine Shape is not responsible for:

  • delays

  • lost packages

  • delivery failures
    caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Divine Shape is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

In the event of:

  • delayed shipments

  • lost packages

  • stolen packages

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking number.

8. Customs & Import Duties (Canada)

For Canadian orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Divine Shape is not responsible for customs delays.

9. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
Customers will receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.
